Shoes arrived damaged. Spoke with agent, agent would not mark the shoes down price wise (even though I see that’s an option on the Nordstrom website) - had another chat, reordered the shoes to receive an email saying that order was cancelled as they were out of stock. In such a competitive market we have in today’s world with e-commerce and businesses like Amazon squashing your sales, you would think your chat agents would work harder to keep a sale. No offer of other sizes, alternate colors, a discount. Nothing. Said all they can do is give me money back, which I still have not received and they’ve had my return for days now. Just extremely disappointed, and if I were at the corporate level here I’d be coaching my sales chat agents heavily on doing right by the customer and trying to close a sale. Or eventually, Nordstrom will be a thing of the past. The competition is too stiff not to make changes…
