Does the job but can be better
I bought both colors with the thought of either putting it on with jackets that don’t have a hood or having an extra layer for my neck and head. It’s gotten chillier in Chicago and it provides warmth but cold wind will pierce through the hood. It won’t replace a winter hat or headband but it will provide a layer of some warmth.
