Bliss Lux Training Skort

I wanted to love this skirt.. I saw it in the store and bought it ( I’m not comfortable trying stuff on in stores yet due to COVID) when I got home I stood in front of the mirror for at least 15 minutes trying to convince myself that the back was fine. The front is so so so cute and super flattering but the back hardly covered my bum after taking a few steps. The material of the skirt is thin, so when I pull it down in the back it looks really cute but if I take one step it rides up leaving 1/8 of my bum exposed. With that being said I’m 20 years old- I tend to wear shorter things but this just looked bad. (For reference I’m 5’6 and 175 LBS. usually a L in bottoms and a xs/s in tops. I have wide hips and muscular legs with a small upper body. ) I unfortunately decided to return it.. when I did so the cashier asked me if there were any problems with it and ect- I informed her that it kept riding up in the back. She responded by saying that the same thing was happening to the mannequin when she was setting it up for display . With that being said I don’t advice this skirt for girls with a bigger bum- but the fact the cashier said the same thing was happening to the mannequin makes me wonder if that’s a problem for smaller sizes as well? I’m not sure. One quick note I had the intention of wearing this as a fashion piece, not for tennis. This may work on you - it’s overall darling. Just the back on me is a no go. Hope this helped !:)

Obsessed with this skirt! The colour is a really nice pastel pink, the shorts underneath are very comfortable and the skirt length is perfect (I’m 5’9”). I’m typically a size 4 so I got a size small which from the size chart is for a size 4-6 so these fit slightly loose around the waist (a small gap on my back) and perfect on my butt and hips! The skirt material is that kind of “swoosh” material if that makes sense so it doesn’t ride up your butt when you walk.

The sizing is very off. I bought the black skirt first and am in love with it. I decided to buy another one in a different color the pink one is almost a whole size bigger. I bought another pink one in size small to compare. Both pink ones are bigger than my Black one. Both are size small. The Black one fits perfect and is true to size. The pink one is very big in the waist. Very disappointed. I would give the black one 5 stars though.

I'm 5'7" and 130 +/- 2lbs, pretty much always an M in activewear bottoms. The M fit. It came about 1/3 way down my thighs. Waist was a bit large, especially gapped in the back, but that's normal for me. Shorts inside were pretty big, almost too big, and they're longer than the skirt. Skirt tailoring was awful. Silhouette is A line, but skirt doesn't flare enough around the butt and especially the hips. I got these horizontal folds right under my waist in the back, b/c the skirt was too narrow to fit well over my hips and butt. This was just standing at the mirror, so would have been worse with activity. Pockets were also weird. They were a nice size, but where they were added and their alignment made them lumpy and bunch up around my high hip. I hated to return it, b/c as bad as it looked, it was very comfortable. I think this is a great skirt if you have slim hips and a smaller bottom. Skip if you're curvy.
