Straps fail
Most annoying bra ever owned. New seemed like a winner so I bought 4 of them, after a few wears the straps constantly loosen themselves, have stretched out, and some seams super irritating. G cup with straps constantly falling down with bad seams x4 = not good Nike.

Need The Small Band/Big Cup Combo? This Will Work!
For those who need a small band but a larger cup size, this bra will work, and so few do. It lifts, but does not separate as there are no wires, which may be why it is so comfortable so that's the trade-off. Yes your boobs are mashed in there a bit, but again, that's the name of the game with this style bra. Again, it's so comfortable you may not care. I don't! It stays drier than all my other sports bras which is key when you are simply trying to survive in a world where the dew point won't seem to go below 68 and you're going around sweating your boobs off.

Almost perfect
If you have boobs that naturally droop a bit, you will find that the length of Nike bras is just a bit short. I'm a 44DD which is a 2X C-E on the size chart. I sized up to the 2X F-G for additional room in the cups and it just barely covered my bits. Also, the fabric seemed to trap heat. The longline Alate full coverage in a 2X fit well though, and I have two of those.
