Air Max Pre-Day Sneaker (Women)

I loved these and went by reviews but should have noticed in the pics that the forefoot area is almost more narrow than the heel. This odd fit makes them very loose in the heels but snug in the forefoot width. Personally compared to my prior Nikes I find these awkward fitting and uncomfortable. After wearing around the house for days, I went on a 2 mile walk and had to keep tightening the laces to get them to stop slipping in the heel but then they dug into the ankles and became so uncomfortable, I was miserable half way through the walk but had to wear them home. Funny that I recently saw these shoes on the MA at my doctors office and asked how she liked them and she said she couldn’t wait to get home and take then off as they were hurting her feet and digging into the ankles which was exactly the same problem I had!

TTS. I'm a solid Nike 9 (with the random exception of being an 8.5 in some fits). These seem to slip a tiny bit on the heel when walking though I would not recommend sizing down. I got these based on looks. They are pretty cool and comfy enough but I won't be purchasing any others in this style.
