It’s been many years since I’ve worn the Air Max 97’s. If I’m honest, it’s my all time favorite from the Air Max line up. The Air Max 1 and 95 are good choices too but, I love the design of the 97.
The Frank Rudy design is iconic. The color way is vibrant and fun. A great Spring/Summer shoe. Overall a great purchase. If I had any complaints it would be twofold
1. I wish the tongue would come up higher
2. The pull tab on the heel is annoying. It will catch on your jeans or pants. No a deal breaker but annoying for me

Lacing loop Breaks easily
Great style, as long as you don’t wear them. After wearing them only one day, just walking around, one loop (that holds the laces in) broke. The second time I wore them, again not doing anything crazy, another loop on the same shoe broke. So now one of the pair is not wearable since the laces won’t stay tight.

It’s a vibrant shoe that is No.2 in a six piece collection. This shoe never fails to catch the eyes of someone passing by. It uses premium materials which only adds onto the look. Most definitely a unique 97, and it’s comfortable. Just a great shoe all around 😊👌🏾.
