Air Force 1 07 Next Nature Sneaker (Women)

I placed an order with Nordstrom and I received DAMAGED Nike Air Force 1 07 Next Nature Sneaker (Women) white/ Aster Pink from Nordstrom Rack with Nordstrom rack shoe size stickers inside each shoe. I called customer service twice , spoke to a clerk and she charged me a second time for a replacement order and emailed me a return label. I called back and requested a supervisor and I was told “I’m sorry, but there is nothing that we can do at this point”. This was a total waste of time and they are utterly useless in correcting the errors they’ve made without charging your credit card multiple times. And I still haven’t been credited for the return as of today, 11.18.24. Nordstrom’s superior service and quality that they were once known for is totally gone. I have received better service at Target. Now on to the shoe… Nice vibrant color, but the shoe does run large. They make your foot look like they’re two sizes larger than you normally wear. I STRONGLY suggest you order 1/2 size down for a normal to wide width foot and if you have narrow or slightly narrow feet like I do, order one whole size down. The shoes are stiff, heavy, and rub against your heels. I wouldn’t recommend buying these shoes without trying them first and if I was able to return them I would.
