Two size laces
I purchased these shoes a few weeks ago. When they arrived, they had two different size laces. I was told to buy a new pair and return the other. Problem was that they were sold out of my size by the time I got them. After trying to have them send me at least one lace, it should match one of them, they told me they could not do that. The only thing they could do is refund my money. I love the shoes but hate the laces. I have them tucked in so I don't look ridiculous. This was the first time I purchased from Nordstrom and probably the last.
