Supersoft Midnight Dot Sweater

I loved the colors, pattern, and v-neck. The reality of the actual sweater was a major disappointment. The fabric was thin and limp - no life, no structure, no body. The cut was wide, long, and shapeless. The ribbing was completely stretched out in the hem. The pattern is printed on the sweater. Unfortunately, the background is not white/cream as it appears in the photos but a mottled grey that is quite noticeable in person; the sweater appears dingy and dirty. I don’t believe this sweater could be successfully/attractively layered over anything due to the thin, limp nature of the fabric. I think it would only work if one sized down, maybe 2 sizes, so that it is worn next to the skin and the body of the wearer gives it some shape. But I wasn’t impressed enough with the execution of this sweater to want to try. Returning. I hope this sweater is not representative of the quality of the brand.
