Soft, stretchy, cute jacket
This was a splurge for me, but it's rare to find petite jackets. The small petite fit true to size (I'm 5'3" and 115 lbs. for reference). The puffy sleeves add a cute touch and the bracelet length sleeves are perfect for summer. The fabric is soft and stretchy. I highly recommend this jacket.
