Got the polarized ones

I purchased mines today, but I got the polarized ones, and I couldn't be more happy with them. The 55mm are the perfect size for me, not too big and it doesn't look too small for my face either. I really recommend getting the polarized, it's $50 more and for me it was worth it because of the enhanced clarity, better contrast, glare reduction, and virtually 100% protection from UVA & UVB rays. I almost purchased these until I asked the associate if they come in the polarized ones. Luckily, she remembered that they do have the polarized versions, but they had to get them from the men's department because they don't display it on the women's side for some reason. So my fellow ladies, if you want the polarized 55mm head over to the men's side. They only had a couple left in stock too so I'm glad I went there today.

cheaper than other wayfarers

The plastic is just too fragile and cheap looking/feel.

Ray Ban's are great!

Third pair of Ray Ban sunglasses need I say more. I am ALWAYS happy with a Ray Ban purchase. I have quite a few pair of sunglasses (too many really) and always grab the old standbys it seems. This pair is no different. Comfortable, soothing on the eyes and I think quite fashionable. A larger width for those who feel the classic Wayfarer is a little too small for their liking. Grab a pair!

An Elegant Classic

I wore tortoise shell Ray-Ban Wayfarers constantly in the 1980s, and I wanted to return to that classic style. The New Large Wayfarers are a graceful modification of the originals and I am so pleased with them! Though the frames are larger than the originals, they are only slightly so and are not the cartoonishly enormous size of so many large sunglasses in vogue right now. These sunglasses are elegant and classic, as always.

Love!

These glasses are perfect! I used to have the classic wayfarers and I always felt that they were a bit on the small size. I tried on the XL Wayfarers in a Nordstrom store, and I found they were a little too big. The "New Large Wayfarer" is the perfect size. A great pair of sunglasses that is perfect for work and play.

55mm vs. 52mm

Cute classes, but I had to return because they were too big on my face. I purchased the 52mm polarized and love them! I encourage you to try both sizes and see which looks better on your face.
