Good shorts with liner
Overall good shorts, the built in liner has the right amount of compression. The product does feel a little scratchy at first, especially around the seams. After the 2nd wear I didn’t notice it much anymore. I’d still recommend these shorts if you’re looking for a lined pair of shorts to exercise

Best Running/Lifting 2-in-1 Shorts
These are the best shorts for running and lifting. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews. The liner is clutch (sewn in pocket) and the zipper pocket, no running belt required. The two color options, Black and Olive, are great.
