990V6 lacing change FAIL
Terribly disappointed by the repositioning of the top lock on the laces. Now causing me ankle pain in my arthritic right ankle. The shoes say in the box until last week so too late to return. Will never buy 990V6 shoes again. Have been wearing 990s since they were introduced, but V6 a total fail for me.

Color is maroon not brown
I thought these shoes were brown. My eyes must have deceived me. They are maroon, nice color but not what I was expecting. The style wasn't the greatest for my taste but I will still wear them occasionally.

Everyday walking shoes
Gorgeous burgundy colorway, however, I dislike just how massive the sole appears to be. The white is a lot, but from top-down still looks great. The upper pressed down on the top of my feet a bit until broken in, though the extra padded tongue didn't make it too uncomfortable.
