Gender Inclusive Made in USA 998 Sneaker

I have had many pairs of NB shoes in the past and this pair has the worst quality. I only wore it for 7 days and the outsole of the right shoe was already detached and the gap was starting to become bigger and bigger. This one was made in USA which should stand for high quality but on the contrary, it has lower quality than my other not made in USA shoes. I contacted customer care but they keep saying they did not receive my emails for the pictures showing the current condition of my shoes. It's been a week since I contacted customer care but I still have not heard from them and was not given a solution at all. It was really a very bad experience at Joe's New Balance Outlet. I don't recommend it at all.

This is my first pair of 998s and I honestly enjoy these quite a bit. The suede is as expected from Made in USA (I have quite a few 993s, 992s, 991v2s, and different versions of the 990s). The 998 is not the same type of comfort as the ones I listed in my collection, but they are very comfortable for daily walking. I’ve had good experiences with Abzorb and these work well with my feet (these have good arch support as well so it helps with my issues with plantar fasciitis). I actuallly went down a size because my size was sold out, but I didn’t really need to (I tried another colorway at my local outlet and these fit true to size IMO). I’m now looking to add more 998s to my collection (standard grey especially so it can be in my daily rotation). This colorway can be styled with much more than you may think. I get compliments on these whenever I wear them. Consider these a must if you love purple.
