Gender Inclusive 740 Sneaker

Purchased these as a gift to only receive the box bounded together with rubber bands. If this was the last pair or not suitable for sale, then I’d rather not buy or at least put the item as out of stock. Nordstrom is slowly becoming common retail and less high end retail with the way items are packaged and shipped. Returning!

I came to the order pick-up area today to collect an order with three items. Only two were ready, and they were handed to me in a delivery package even though I had clearly noted that the items needed to be gift wrapped. When I showed the employee my order details, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. He handed me the shoes without even putting them in a bag and told me, very abruptly, that they “don’t gift wrap” and that “this is all they have,” without making any effort to assist or find a solution. He was an older man wearing glasses—the only male employee working in the pick-up section at the time. Thankfully, Ashley, who was working at the register next to the pick-up area, was kind enough to help me. After I showed her my order, she immediately offered to gift wrap the items and provided great customer service. I’m very disappointed in the rude and unprofessional behavior of the man at pick-up, but extremely grateful to Ashley for stepping in and fixing the situation.
