Ready on Saturday Did Not Mean Ready
I specifically purchased a pair of these shoes because the purchase confirmation stated that they would be ready for pick up the next day, which is What I Needed. They were not ready the next day and a Nordstrom manager said that I should have waited for another email to confirm the purchase was ready because May 4 really meant "from 10am to 9pm on May 4." Just for the record, Nordstrom did send another message that night, to cancel the order because they not only were not ready, they also were not available.

Tight Fit
In the mens size i would strongly suggest going a half size up. The 9 1/2 were tight and uncomfortable. The size 10 were perfect.
