530 NB shoe sizing - size up!
These are soooo small on sizing. Literally go up a full shoe size.

Weird sizing
For trainers that look comfortable they really are not. Appreciate everyone has different sized feet but I've never had a problem before where the top and side of the back digs into my heel to the point of being painful. Can just about cope with them if I wear insoles but then my foot slips to the front. I'm a size 6 generally but bought a 6.5 as I'm always a 6.5 in trainers (especially professionally measured running ones) - when I've bought 6 previously they've been too small. Are trainers being made bigger now?
