Gender Inclusive 1906L Loafer Sneaker

Just received mine today and I am extremely disappointed. This is the 2nd pair of shoes I’ve purchased through the Nordstrom app that arrived in unacceptable condition. These shoes were clearly worn and returned by someone else, and on top of that, they came in a dirty, random white box instead of the proper New Balance shoe box. This is completely unacceptable and I am very unhappy with this experience.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have tried on in recent years. Looks like a loafer and can be dressed up or down but fits with the comfort of a tennis shoe. The problem for me is getting the correct size. I originally ordered from the New Balance website directly and tried a 9.5 and 10 in women's. I normally wear a 10 in tennis shoes. The 10 was way too big. I wore the 9.5 around the house to try them out. They seemed okay at first, but after having them on for a few hours, this size also seemed a little big. I have now reordered in in the women's 9, down a whole size from my norm, and I'm hoping them fit. Part of the issue with both sizes was the heel. Lots of slippage. Fingers crossed that the size 9 works when they get here this weekend.
