The shoes are true to size. I have been wearing New Balance since the 1980’s. I have been able to buy these products because of the continuity in design and fit. The shoes are consistent in size and fit. I have been a runner, walker, hiker, tennis player etc. The shoes are always true to size. I am a retired Physcian and have recommended the product to my patients over the years. There is no perfect product but this product seems to fit the bill for a majority of people.

Run big
These shoes run huge. I ordered a size 16, like all of my other new balance shoes. These ones fit like an 18. Unfortunately, I cannot try on shoes in stores and return shipping is outrageous, so I am stuck with them.

Comfortable but only for short periods
the design is nice and when you first put them on, they're very comfortable. they have a cloud like feeling. But, after wearing them for more than a couple hours, they're not so comfortable at all. The hill looses the support after a while.
