New Balance New Experience
This was my first pair of New Balance shorts that I have ever purchased and I am thrilled that I took a chance on them. They look so cool in the black/grey camouflage pattern and feel so comfortable whenever I wear them. They are among my absolute favorite shorts and always reside at the top of my shorts drawer.

No elastic in the waist - skip these
I'm a long time user of NB products. I've worn their shoes since 2003, my wife has been wearing their shoes for a decade and now my daughter is. I have 5 pairs of their 7"" accelerate shorts in size XL from about 2 years ago and absolutely love the fit, the pockets, great shorts. However, I bought these and while I love the print, I wore them once and unless they are tied, they slide down. There is virtually no elastic in these shorts to keep them up. My older accelerate shorts fit perfectly and stay up without being tied. I ordered the same size as my older shorts which is an XL. I'm hoping that this is a one-off manufacturing mistake but I've been forced to consider other brands because I'm afraid to order another pair and get stuck with a pair of shorts after I've worn them. Very disappointed with the fit of these due to the waistband.

Sizing comes small
I bought these shorts but the size comes small. I have a 34 waist and I bought the medium. The shorts also come with a mesh lining which I'm not crazy about. I'll be returning these.
