Good On-Duty shoe.

Comfortable for a long tour and while driving on duty. Stays in place when the need to run is called for and dampness isn't a issue from sweat or walking through shallow puddles.

They changed for the worse with this version.

These were my go to shoes, I wore out two pairs over the years tromping around Europe. The V3 is definitely not like the previous versions. They are narrower, and not nearly as comfortable. The old versions made my plantar fasciatus a non issue, the new version is almost unwearable. Very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the v3 did not deliver the same comfort and fit you've come to expect, particularly if the narrower design has impacted your experience with plantar fasciitis. Our Customer Care team would be happy to document your feedback and explore available options to assist you further.

Excellent Shoes

I’ve been a NB customer for over 20 years. I’ve recently retired from being a Facility Engineer that ran a 2.5M sq/ft facility. I was on my feet for 40-50 hrs/week and found that these shoes were the best that I’ve ever worn. Excellent support and comfortable. I get a new pair every year as I usually put 600-700 miles on them. One thing that I don’t like is that they don’t sell the hard inserts anymore. The work around is Superfeet. They claim that they were the supplier to NB and work well. Glad to see that they now have white in addition to the original black. Gray would be nice as well. If you’re on your feet as much as I am I think you’ll love these!

Great show, usually.

Always loved these shoes, they really help me feel no pain. They are always expensive, and tend to only last me 2months, but that’s okay considering the amount of support they provide especially with a good foot bed. However, this last pair has caused me some Achilles pain, and I don’t know why…. Wondering if something has changed.

New Balance is Top Quality

The fit is true to size every time. This is the only shoe my husband wears. We definitely recommend these to everyone.
