Comfortable for a long tour and while driving on duty. Stays in place when the need to run is called for and dampness isn't a issue from sweat or walking through shallow puddles.

It fits nicely, looks good. But I could not use on the treadmill (main purpose). where it resulted in hard impact. Wht do expect from a pair that was manufactured in Vietnam. Total QA/QC failure to insure minimum acceptable quality.

Great, comfortable product.
Overall I am very pleased with this product. I am now wearing my 4th pair of these shoes! Only reason I give them only a 4 star rating is that I find that the stitching could be stronger (I do need to get minor repairs done after several months of wear). Otherwise I am extremely pleased with this product and will continue to buy them!

Nice leather shoe
So nice to find a brown leather shoe with New Balance. They have been the best fit for me over the years. However, this shoe might not be comfortable if you have high arches. The insoles have a small lip midway on the outer edge. It hurt one of my feet, but the shoes is comfortable since I replaced the insole.

Good, but not perfect.
This is a solid, decent shoe. I was looking for a replacement for my preferred shoe,the 847. This comes close, although the feel is a bit hard. The best solution would be to reinstate the 847, which I purchased several times due to a doctor’s recommendation. Why mess with perfection?
