5740 Sneaker (Men)

These measure small…or there is something remiss with their design.. I’ve owned several pairs of N B shoes in the past and, somewhat foolishly, tucked these away for holiday without trying them on (believing that as they’re the same size as my other current pairs they’d be fine…my feet haven’t changed size!). I wore them outside once on holiday but had to change them as they were nipping my toes. New Balance seem uninterested about investigating the possibility of the manufacture/sizing anomaly and wouldn’t consider a replacement. They don’t seem to be interested in retaining a long-standing repeat customer.
