Nice colourway but product development

The heel slips off the back and makes grip of the shoe when walking challenging. I sized up based on reviews from 3 to 3.5 unfortunately they're way too big and have too much of a gap despite only going up by half a size. The front of the shoes are stiff making it uncomfortable when your toes try to grip the sole as you walk. Shame because the colourway is gorgeous and goes with a lot of my outfits.

New Balance EMEA response

Thanks for your feedback on the 550 shoes. We're sorry the fit wasn’t quite right and that the shoes feel uncomfortable. While the colourway is great, we understand how important comfort is. Our customer care team would be glad to help you find a pair that fits your needs better.
