NO lashes on my left eye :-(
A few months ago I was curling my eyelashes (on my left eye) and my eyelash curler snapped. All of my eyelashes were either pulled out from the root or were just a millimeter in length. When I looked closely in the mirror (through the tears from the pain) I saw just one lone eyelash left. I was devastated. My teenage son called me "Antenna". It was horrid. I did some research and asked friends/family for a lash enhancer to help me. I chose neuLASH.
I used it solely on my left eye. It took five or six weeks, but my lashes came in longer than they ever were and they had a curl to them! My eyes looked lopsided again because my left neuLASH eye was now much thicker, longer and curlier than my right eye!! I now use neuLASH on both eyes and have never had better lashes. One coat of mascara is all I need. BTW, NO MORE eye lash curlers for me! AWESOME product!

Very disappointed.....
I feel that Nordstrom is a very reliable company but I am sad to say I am very disappointed in this purchase. The office I received was in a tube that looked almost tampered with as you can see in the photo. When I opened the tube the rim was discolored and there was no product in the tube.... I plan on contacting customer service but it’s ridiculous to pay $150 and the product be in this condition and to have no product at all.... the tube was empty.

Buy the real stuff
This stuff is very expensive for the time it takes to work. It caused red itchy eyes. I am leery of the Label of ingredients particularly when it states they are subject to change? At one point this product had isopropyl cloprostenate as an ingredient which would make it work. Isopropyl cloprostenate is a synthetic prostaglandin. It is not listed on mine.
Really I think I will just go buy the real stuff monitored by the FDA that tells me what the ingredients are and what the side effects are? The same amount of money depending on what clinic you buy it from and you don't need an appointment.
Spend your money wisely, lot of competition with these products for the real deal. Confusing to customers like me.

Excellent product that REALLY works!
This is the only eyelash serum I’ve ever tried that works. I’ve tried Latisse, Monat, Rodan & Fields which all made no difference, but Tods saved my lashes after I had to let my extensions fall off after COVID. They’ve been weak and thin since I started getting extensions years ago and I’ve been been able to get them to regrow until now. Highly recommend! Just bought the two pack through the Nordstrom sale— great deal!!

waste of money
I used this product about 2 years ago and it was amazing...my lashes were longer,thicker and stayed curled within 3 weeks.I ran out and tried to reorder from the spa where I orginially purchased it. They stopped carrying it so I was without until 5 weeks ago I noticed Nordstroms started carrying Neulash. I was so excited and immediately placed an order.I have used it EVERY single night for 5 weeks and haven't even noticed a tiny difference! I'm wondering if it was pulled from the shelves and reformulated, because this does not seem like the same product! So disappointed!
