Stale old product
0 stars. The Neom handcream I received was old (stale). It smelled horrible. Nordstrom shouldn't sell stale products likely long past any reasonable expiration date. Tube has a lot # 2186H stamped on th eplastic. No expiration date.

sticky and old
This was held shut by a thin piece of tape and appeared used with dirty packaging. The texture was sticky and smelled stale. I have the same brand in other scents and have loved it, but this was a huge disappointment. I had to wash my hands immediately.

Old cream???
I love this company very much and have been using magnesium cream for several years and decided to prescribe a hand cream texture very much I like very moisturizing cream, but unfortunately it smells like an old cream .
I don’t know who to blame Nostrum or the company, it’s not a cheap product and it’s a pity that you buy in the hope of getting a quality product, you get the old one
