What it is: A mix of essential oils designed to help improve your mood when used in a diffuser or inhaled during a relaxing bath.
What it does: A mix of seven pure essential oils including neroli, mimosa and lemon help you balance and uplift your emotions.
How to use: Add 5 to 10 drops to your diffuser. Alternatively, you can add five drops to a warm bath or 1 to 2 drops to your chosen base oil for a relaxing massage.
