Too heavy for dainty chains
Unfortunately I was sent a clasp with three hooks on it so it was much larger than I expected. I was going to use it for two very thin, dainty necklaces and the necklet was so heavy in comparison it just made my necklaces become extremely tangled and knotted together.

Magnet doesn't work
The magnet stopped working after about 3 wears, customer service replaced it and the second one stopped working almost immediately. It's the whole fool me once fool me twice thing.
