Just a blouse.
It says in description “lengthy neck tie” so I assumed the shirt came with a matching fabric tie. It is just a shirt, no tie included. I will be returning as not what I thought it was.

Buyer Beware
Please think twice before purchasing this product. It is supposed to come with a tie and it definitely didn’t. Because this product is not from Nordstrom, they will not take accountability for this item. I now have to make time to return this.
