great for fine hair
This is the second time I have bought this conditioner. It’s perfect for my fine, thin hair. It doesn’t weigh it down but I wouldn’t say it “plumps” the hair either. The scent is SO STRONG! I am sensitive to perfume smells, and this one is kind of botanical and perfumey. I don’t recall my first bottle of this being so strong. If you’re sensitive to smells this probably isn’t for you.
