Comfortable sole, rigid upper caused discomfort.
The wide fitting were just wide enough for me in hot weather. The sole of the sandal is very soft and comfortable, which is unusual in this type of sandal. The upper was quite rigid, and I had some discomfort and a slight indent on my toes after wearing them for the evening, although I only walked a little in and out of a restaurant.
