This shoe fits perfectly. The balance is steady. The shoe is comfortable. I had been searching all over for a silver pointy toe pump; Nordstrom had it. A satisfied customer.

Great...until you wear them!
I bought these shoes 6 months ago and have only worn them a handful of times. The toes are already scuffed and the heels look like my dog chewed on them. So disappointed with this purchase!.

Multi-colored fabulousness
I bought the multicolor heel to serve as a neutral shoe in my wardrobe to wear with skinny jeans, dresses & skirts. The closed toe is professional & perfect for work. The leather is a bit stiff so I hope they will soften up after a couple of wears. I had to size down a half-size for the right fit. My feet are only wide in the toe box so the fit is great there. But, they're a tad roomy everywhere else. My fave feature is the gold metallic detail on the inside of the heel!

shoe fits too large/ cheap look design
shoe fit s too large. I've ordered this shoe in my regular size, they fall off my feet as I walk three steps. I can imagine its pretty comfortable shoe, just off fit size.
The design with gold in the heels looks cheap.
Not confident the use of material is good, the leather seems not best quality.

Pretty but painful
This shoe is so pretty and is neutral enough to wear with many colors, but unfortunately, I found it to run small and was very tight around the toes. Unfortunately, I will have to return. Not even sure a size up would do the trick?

Super comfortable!
Super comfortable, which is what I was looking for, but I couldn't seem to get on board with the low heel. Because I purchased a classic black pump silhouette, it looked a little more business than sexy and I was looking for a power heel but a comfortable one. If you have to wear heels at work this is the shoe for you! But if you're like me and have more freedom with your work attire, maybe check out other styles within this brand.

Not a Long Term Shoe
I was excited when I first put these shoes on. They were really cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, the shoes became uncomfortable after a short period of time. At first I thought they were uncomfortable because I wore them to an event where I did a lot of standing, but I wore them to work a couple of days later and they still hurt my feet.
