Disappointed
I am very disappointed not getting this shoes. When I ordered it they didn’t say unavailable, they debited my account and everything went ok, but after waiting more than two weeks I got a credit in my account telling me that the shoes was not available. No email was sent to notify me of the unavailability until the day I received credit. I am very disappointed!!!

Pretty but design flaw in strap
Very pretty, but the straps are ridiculous. Design flaw. I literally could not get the buckle connected and the other strap doesn’t move so you have to shove your foot awkwardly in. Already sent back...

They look fabulous!
I bought these a few months back. They're nice, look good...the only thing is the length of the strap! I have to use the last hole in the strap to fasten them and it's difficult getting them fastened! I can't for the life of me understand why it's so short. It would have only taken another inch or two of leather to fix this problem.

love shopping for shoes
Pretty, but not so comfortable. It's hard to walk on long distances. It's not comfortable at the balls of your feet. Maybe they should just make it into platform style so you can wear it much longer.

IDEAL COMBINATION OF STYLE AND COLOR
What a hot looking shoe, a combination between a bootie and a pointy toe pump. The design with the cross straps at the ankles is so stylish, and the combination of a black heel and creamy white (not stark white) body makes it so versatile to work with so much more of your wardrobe in both pants and dresses. I found the shoe to be very comfortable for longer wear due to the secure support over the ankles which I can tighten or loosen for proper fit on each foot.

ankle space should be larger
I think they should make the ankle space larger for women with large ankles. I loved both pair but had to return them because I could not buckle them.

Très Chic; Price & Toe Point Perfect!
Extremely Happy w/ these ‘not quite brite white’
Mule-ish Pumps. Originally ordered:
Halogen® Brooke Stacked Heel Bootie (Women) WHITE. found them immediately uncomfortable you know the 2 hour shoe? Aarrgghhh! Also they were BRITE WHITE. Returned Poste Haste and kept these beauties. Perfection in White. Very soft and comfortable, great heel height that actually looks higher due to heel on shoe is black continuing up back of shoe. Looks très chic from all angles, my view of course is looking down at them and I enjoy the view! Price and toe pointed Perfectly!
