Poorly cut
I fell in love with the dress and its design. Unfortunately, the actual design of the dress is flawed. The arms were so tight that only a person who would never move their arms could wear the dress. The cut on the shoulders and the sleeves is just wrong. I can't imagine that it was this particular dress. I expect better design and cut from a designer dress that costs as much as this one does.
