Bliss Perfection Lace Trim Shorts

These undershorts are pretty nice. They are very stretchy and not a shaper so no need to size up. They are very thin which will be nice during the summer months to help prevent thigh chaffing and just to give a smoother overall look under dresses and skirts. The length is exactly as the picture shows. The waist is basically ‘no show’ so it lies flat and there is no muffin top. My one complaint is the cotton gusset is sewn in loosely which is kind of weird and I’m not sure it will last. For reference, I am 5’7” 175lbs, wear 8-10 in pants. I bought the medium.

I bought the small in the rose beige. I have the matching bra. Beautiful color. The pros: perfect proportions for me.....semi high wasted and longer leg, but not too long. The lace is a lovely touch. The cons: the fabric is ultra thin. This may suit others. I was expecting a more substantial fabric. I admit my expectations were unrealistic thinking this would be more like a thin shapewear short, so that’s on me. The deal breaker was that the waistband is very narrow. Since it hits me at exactly the waist bending point, it was uncomfortable, and this was not because it was too small. On the contrary, I felt this ran slightly big. I am a size 4-6. Although it was fitted, it was in no way snug, which is what I wanted. So my review is mixed. Quality and appearance are awesome! If you just want a thin non-shaping boxer short, then this is great. If you want a shapewear short, well, this is not it. Again, on me for unrealistic expectations! Natori will remain one of my go-tos for bras though.
