i use it with my lg revolution smart phone .. before this purchase, it was not easy for people to understand my responses, while using just the cell phone .. with the new handset / receiver, i am cystal clear .. there is also a button on the receiver for the convenience of answering & disconnecting.

I had high hopes
I had really high hopes for this phone. First of all, it's adorable! Second, it comes in great colors. Third, it is WAAAAY more comfortable to hold to my ear than a cell phone. Fourth, it's really soft to the touch. And oh so importantly, it blocks all that harmful radiation from entering your head. I ordered it online and received it in the mail very quickly. I plugged it into my cell phone right away. I loved it for the first day. Yes, i even used it in public. No one made fun of me......i don't think anyone even noticed. However, by the second day it had stopped working properly. I had to jiggle the cord to be able to hear my conversations. On the fourth day, I couldn't hear anything even with a cord jiggle. The wiring was bad. Not sure if I just got a bad one, but I had already thrown away the packaging and receipt (cause I was sure I loved it) so now I have a wonderful pop phone that is completely useless. =(

Native Union "Pop Phone" handset
The hand set style is good. It is not compatible with the cell phones of today (the plug in). This should either be up-to-date compatible or an adapter should be included. There is no statement, other than "plugs directly into most phones" in the description when you view it on the website. The plug is too large for the cell phones of today.
Yes, one can order an adapter or purchase one somewhere but that does delay the use of it.

Poor sound quality
I wanted to love this handset, it's so retro and cute!! But the sound quality is not as good as my bluetooth ( at least that's what people I talk to say ) It also be my wireless carrier, I've had it for about eight months and when I use it people complain they can't hear me very well... ( Sad Face ) But I have to say save your money and get a good quality bluetooth ...

Perfect!
Purchased for my husband for Christmas to use with his cell for lengthy conference calls. It works perfectly and without an adaptor on his Blackberry Torch.
