Another 5 Star Hit From Nars
Nars has some good concealers but this one is truly a 5 star product. (Comes in a very wide color range, is good value for money and out-peforms expectations.)
It goes on lighter in texture than you'd think from looking at it. A very small amount goes a long way. It doesn't settle into fine lines or pores and it stays on without budging for a whole 12 hour day. It doesn't cake or separate. I think the key is to make sure you don't use too much. If you get the application right, it doesn't look like makeup, it just looks like skin.
The color range is great, from light to dark tones and everything in between.
This is such a versatile product. It can cover rosacea, hyper pigmentation or just the slightest redness or discoloration and you really can use it anywhere.
The finish is not a true matte, so it's forgiving for those with dry skin. I'd describe this as more of a satin finish by itself. If you set it with power, it becomes more traditionally matte.
Tip: The salesperson told me to use it with a concealer brush but I have much more success and a much more natural look with my fingers.

This is a staple in my makeup bag. When applied, it has a satin finish and has all day lasting power! Buildable coverage and perfect for the Texas heat!! I use it to only spot conceal and also I use it under the eyes! Absolutely wonderful

Soft Matte
This concealer is amazing, I prefer it to the radiant creamy concealer. It works well under eyes if set with a fine powder, and it's perfect for spot concealing or evening out skin tone. It blends really nicely and the color selection is perfect. I have the colors vanilla, canelle, and custard. I use vanilla under my eyes and to highlight because it is not too light it's the perfect shade, and the other two for my face. I have light skin with a neutral undertone.

Nothing spectacular
I was expecting a miracle concealer, but it was really just average for me. I didn't find the coverage or brightening effects to be anything over the top and it actually looked a little cakey under the eyes. The initial texture was nice, but it just wasn't my favorite.

This Concealer works and lasts!
I was introduced to NARS Matte Concealer from a sample that was included with the purchase of a fragrance. I usually don't pay too much attention to samples but I have had difficulty finding a concealer that covers easily and stays on throughout the day. I was amazed that this product went on smoothly and stayed on when I blended it with my foundation. It lasts until I take it off in the evening. I have tried every brand -including 'scar covering' products-and the NARS Concealer is absolutely the best!

my favorite of all
I have tried many concealers, but I think this is my favorite of all so far. It goes on very smoothly, with medium coverage that could be heavy if you wanted to build it up. I have tried using a brush, and beauty blender and the the pads of my ring fingers to apply. I prefer using my fingers over the other methods. By the end of the day, all my makeup has worn off because of my oily skin, but
my concealer is still on! It's called matte, but for me, it does not look dry or heavy. I don't wear heavy makeup, just mineral powder and I don't want a heavy looking concealer. They have a great color selection as well.
