What it does: This lipstick is formulated with a dynamic blend of moringa and passionfruit seed oils to enhance color vibrancy and condition lips for radically lightweight wear and an unprecedented feel. Its long-lasting color is resistant to bleed and feathering, while enhanced pigment dispersion provides an even and pure color application.
How to use: Apply the lipstick directly from the bullet or with a lip brush. For precise definition and longer wear, line your lips starting in the outer corners and working inward. Apply the lipstick all over, blending color with a brush or your fingertips. Use a concealer to clean up the edges or a brighter shade of concealer on the cupid's bow to make color pop.

An amazing new formulation
I cannot tell you how much I adore the new formulation of the Nars lipstick. I was already a major fan of the satin finish in the color, Damage, but this new formula blows the previous one out of the water. It is so much creamier, has far better color pay off, especially for a satin and has significantly more shine than the original. It is the perfect lip product in the sense that it is ultra hydrating, but rich in color in a formula that is buildable. Super happy with this purchase.

What a mess!!
I have been wearing NARS Damage lipstick for years. It is my go to lipstick until the formula was changed. It is so soft it breaks or softens to the point that you cannot use it without a lip brush. I do not want to have to use a brush! I purchased a lipstick bullet for ease of use. Please return to the original formula and I will go back to buying it ,usually 5 at a time, for my purse, locker, home cosmetics bag, car and a spare!!

New Formula Disappointment
NARS recently came out with a new formula (around May 2019) for SEXUAL HEALING lipstick. I am not sure if this is also applicable to their other lipsticks. I have been wearing NARS SEXUAL HEALING for about five (5) years, and prior to this new formula change, this was my absolute favorite lipstick. The color was exactly what I was looking for--a little pink shimmer, matte so it wouldn't smudge or wipe off easily. And the lipstick was sturdy, never had an issue with the lipstick bending outside the tube.
I am very disappointed with the changes. The lipstick is now more sheer and glossy, so the color isn't as good and it doesn't stay on as well or as long. The lipstick itself is softer so it easily gets ruined in the tube. When you apply it, the lipstick easily tilts and bends so it is difficult to use. It is not nearly as dynamic as the prior formula. Very displeased.

Formula and Tube Changed
Nars updated the tube and formulation. It's a huge disappointment, as Gipsy was my go-to shade. I'd tried Dolce Vita, Damage, Tolede and finally landed at this as a perfect day-to-day, very wearable red. The new formula is more like a gloss (shiny, less pigment), is less moisturizing after wearing it for a while, and the fragrance (some people didn't care for, but I liked it) which was for me part of the application "experience" is gone too. The old tube felt nice in your hand, but the newer tube is more square and feels sort of cheap. Not worth the cost. Sadly, time to find another holy grail lipstick.

Lovely Lipstick
The Dolce Vita lipstick is the perfect shade of pink for my fair complexion. It is a true pink, not plum or peach. Love the sheer texture and slight shine. It feels good on my lips.

Damage is a beautiful pinky-plum metallized/frost lipstick. It is not too dark or light or frosty. It looks beautiful on the lips and can be worn day or night.

Very moisturizing
I just wore this for the first time and yaaas under my mask..just cuz......kept the lips moisturized and I absolutely love the color. Perfect everyday subtle pink color with blue base. The color was instant crush and I’m in love.... will definitely branch out in this lipstick line.
