How to use: Prime the lids with an eyeshadow base. Use a kohl liner or velvet eyeliner to create a deep base over your primer. Layer Black Sand on top while blending and diffusing. Highlight your brow bone with Pacific. Use your fingertips to apply Paradis or Maeva over the center of your lid for a pop of color.
