How to use: For dramatic volume, start by coating the top and bottom of your upper lashes using the brush to wiggle through. Next, concentrate application on the root and outer lashes. For extra lift, use the wand to hold and lift lashes for five seconds. For further impact, use the tapered edge of the wand to coat your bottom lashes.
