How to use: For a natural look, apply to bare lips directly from the bullet. Follow the natural lip shape for a soft pink wash of color unique to your skin tone. For a perfected pout, apply Lip Liner to define lip shape. Add Arctic Lip Sheen to the center of lips using #30 Precision Lip Brush for a shimmering pop of color.
