As stated by others back of ankle strap rubs against heel. After seeing the multi color straps I would have preferred solid grey or beige

Pretty shoe, cross strap not comfortable to me.
The wide width wasn't too wide, but the cross strap hit my foot in a less than comfortable place. Must return. Pretty shoe, though.

Excellent sandal for dressing up/down
These shoes are so cute. Also quite comfortable. I like a little heel and the way the straps are around the ankle, makes it very stable (which I need) without looking too dated. Love these shoes and plan on wearing them with skirts, dresses, and capris. Runs true to size. Seems to have good arch support too.

Comfortable and versatile. Runs true to size for Naot (similar sizing to Ecco). If you like the feel of Birkenstocks under your bare feet, you should like these.
