perfect lightweight tray!
I bought this as a gift for my mom (she’s a big nambe collector) years ago for Christmas and she still loves it! We use it just about every Sunday dinner.
The wood is amazing, and the knife it comes with is true nambe quality and weight (for some reason I associate nambe to be on the heavier side, but I mean that in a good way). The board itself is lighter than I anticipated because the handles aren’t as “thick” as you may expect for nambe, but I think in the end it’s a good thing. (I hate getting the heavy, albeit amazing, bowls down from the top of the shelf for my mom, ha)
