Medium Enameled Pet Bowl

I bought this dish for our new rescue pup and I loved it initially. It's heavier than most dog dishes and looked great...until large bubbles started to appear in the white enameled area. I emailed Nambe to ask if the dog dish was defective, was it safe for my dog or could there be some toxicity with the materials given what was happening? They asked for a photo of the dish, which I sent them. I never heard back from Nambe's customer service afterwards. This is an expensive item and I was so disappointed. The dish is going in the trash.

I bought this bowl for my cats but once I received it it seemed too big for them. So I never used it and mailed it back with Nordstrom's provided label. I have tracking that shows it arrived to their return center. I contacted them several times about my refund but they still have not refunded my money and it has been over a year. I do not recommend.
