They broke ...
The thong part that goes bewtween your toes broke as I almost twisted my ankle from the way my the rubber tore off this sandal! I have only worn them 3 times and I'm thinking the weight of this shoe and the thong part were not made for the other.

They broke
I wore these about 10 times and the thong/toe piece broke when I lost my balance on a slight step down. It broke very easily - so not made well. They were comfortable, so buyer beware.
