Recieved incorrect size twice !
I ordered this dress in both black and white, both in a size small. The white one arrived correctly- the fabric is nice, double-lined, and has a beautiful flow. The scoop neckline is cute (though quite low), and I’ll need to shorten the straps for a better fit.
Unfortunately, I never received the black dress in the correct size. I was sent an XL twice, and both dresses arrived in what looked like trash bags. Now the size I originally ordered is sold out, and customer service has done nothing to correct or address the repeated mistake.
I’m really disappointed- I expected much better service from Nordstrom, and this experience has completely turned me off from ordering again.
