Sent a worn dress with deodorant stains & pilling. My last order I received the wrong dress. Customer Service is on the decline. Not impressed.

Quality issues
This dress is hand wash only. I am at fault because I washed it on a gentle cycle, but the dress is pilling everywhere and deteriorating after only one wash. Super frustrating. Otherwise. Love the dress. Incredibly flattering. I might even buy again so that I can maintain the quality by hand washing. Just beware.

Very classy tight dress. It is a junior cut and runs very very small. Fabric is a heavier knit and will be great for fall/winter. I am normally a sz M but had to get an XL. The dk brn was a nice change from black. Great price.
