Designed to condition, shield and provide a durable surface for optimal polish wear, this base coat goes beyond just being a primer: it cares for nails below the surface, too.
How to use: Start with clean nails. Apply one thin, even coat to bare nails. Follow with 1 to 2 coats of polish and any top coat as a final touch.
