I was a little disappointed when I received these shoes. Although they are true to size and width, they are uncomfortable. I love heels, the higher the better... but the heel isn't what made it uncomfortable. The part of the shoe that rests on top of your toes hurts when I walk (if that makes sense). It also looks cheaply made, but looks good from a distant. Too shiny for my taste.

These shoes are soooo beautiful!! Seems to be true to size but the sling is a little lose on the heel. Will try insoles or grippers to see if that gives a snugger fit. I would love to get the black pair.

This is a beautiful shoe. I would purchase this again. The nude, which is the color I purchased is absolutely beautiful. The only problem is that the back is a bit loose. It would have been better if the back straps were buckles instead of elastic. My fear is that after continuous wear (which a shoe like this is for a special occasion) the elastic strap may get big or wear out. Despite those minor concerns, this shoe is to die for. It is beautiful, ideal you can dress it up or pair it with skinny jeans and a beautiful blouse. It is truly worth the cost but in today's economic time, taking a bit off would not hurt the sale.

N.Y.L.A Genevieve is a hottest shoe I’ve ever seen, the picture does not do it justice ( at least the one in red ). However, there are a few issues with the comfort. Minor: the shoe is unreasonably heavy. Major: the angle of the shoe makes your foot slide forward, putting a lot of pressure on your toes, and the arch under the bow is really sharp. The effect gets progressively worse during the day (and I did not walk much), so by the time you get home you are in a lot of pain and have crescent shaped bruises on your feet. 3 stars: looks - 5, comfort - 1

Nice and classy and easy to walk in considering the height. After a while though it starts getting slippery inside and pushes your feet forward making it uncomfortable. I had to pull my feet back a lot of times to losen the grip in my front toes. it is pretty though.

This shoe looks great in person... I would've preferred to try them on at the store however they were online only I normally wear a 8 I should've got a 8.5 this shoe runs small and is very loose around the ankle. The shoe flip flop when I walk...I'm trying to decide if I should keep them or send them back
