What is happening in shippping??
My MZ Wallace Bag didn’t come with its dust bag and literally crammed into a plastic bag with the security tag still on it. Who the heck is handling your shipments?! This is not the Nordstrom I used to know. For the price I paid for this it was sent worse than an Amazon package.

Seems to be a return
The bag itself is nice but it seems to be a return as the tag was cut off and tucked in the back pocket. Doesn’t give “brand new” and I’ve noticed with Nordstrom that when there’s “1 in stock”, it rarely is. It seemed to be thrown in the clear plastic bag. Aside from all that, the bag isn’t high enough to comfortably hold my 13” laptop in a sleeve. It will zip closed, but pokes through the fabric on the top. I will return. By the way, if not purchased from MZ Wallace there will be no dust bag. Even with them it’s an option to select.
